Onsite Technician Wanted

Do you enjoy working independently, are driven by providing excellent service, and are faced with technical challenges?

As an onsite technician, you will work with IT support on-site at the customer's location. You will assist customers with various IT-related problems and challenges/tasks. This can involve everything from installing new computers, managing account unlocks, connecting printers, upgrading software, to handling network issues or troubleshooting existing computers and printers, including hardware and software. The role requires flexibility and a service-minded attitude. It is a varied and developing role for those who are passionate about technology and want to deliver first-class service.

Who are you?

You have a burning interest in IT and technology, good communication skills, and a desire to provide first-class service. To be successful in this role, we believe you are curious and unafraid of challenges.

If you have previously worked as a technician or in networking/operations and are fluent in Swedish and English, we believe you have the right qualifications to match the role.

A driver's license for a manual car is a must, as you may need to drive between different departments during work.
